Cancellation, Return/Exchange, and Refund policy
All our products with Grand Canal are handpicked and have undergone a number of quality checks resulting in each product being genuine, perfectly functioning, and unique from each other. Despite these variables, at Grand Canal, we stand behind the quality of our products, and we allow exchange/ return/ refund of the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from Grand Canal is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is irrelevant from the ordered product, you may return the product.
Hereby, we assume the user has clearly read and understood the T&C and agrees to abide by the return policy clauses stated in relation to any purchase made online with Grand Canal.
Return /Exchange policy
We accept returns/exchanges on most orders as long as returned items are unused, in perfect condition, and with all of the barcode tags intact within 15 days of purchase. You can return/exchange either the part of the order or the complete package with us.
We accept returns when the delivered product,
- The package is tampered with and soiled
- The product containing manufacturing defects
- Product is irrelevant from the order with respect to the size, color, and functionality.
- The shipped order is incomplete
- The product under sale is not refundable unless it contains any defect or varies from the mentioned description.
The returned product must comply with the below-mentioned conditions:
- Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the packing, original invoice, and freebies. The product returned without the mentioned essentials shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.
- The returned products are subject to verification and quality checks by the Grand Canal quality assurance team in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint or return.
- The return packages should be adequately packaged to prevent any damage to products during transit. If the products are damaged, used, altered, or soiled, the return won’t be processed, and the items will be sent back to you. Please do not accept the package if it is damaged or in a soiled condition.
Refund policy
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will process your refund within a 14 days, in any event not greater than 28 days. Before we process the refund request, the returned product has to pass our quality checking norms performed by our team. The refund amount will be reflected in the bank account in which you used to place the order. Your refund will be in the form of NEFT to your bank account within 7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to your original account within 28 days from the date we received your return request. We don’t make any refunds in cash.
Please note,
- Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any used promotional vouchers such as gift vouchers & discounts will not be refunded.
- Shipping charges are not refundable with the Grand Canal.
- Grand Canal will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to mistaken input by the customers.
- The customer has to take complete responsibility for the provided information’s accuracy.
- The refund will be initiated only after receiving the product and finishing the quality check.
- If the product doesn't pass the quality check, further refund procedures will not be initiated.
Cancellation policy
The customer can raise a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. Any amount deducted will be refunded to your account through your original payment method.
- We make a full refund on the product value to your Credit/ Debit card / Net Banking account, whichever is the original mode of the transaction during purchase.
- Depending upon the issuing bank policies, the refund may take up to 7-10 days.
- You can cancel your order before the order has been shipped.
Please note that the complete order needs to be canceled. We do not accept partial order cancellation requests.
